Computer collection service
Green Machine Computers works with government organisations and large blue-chip companies that trust us to destroy their data correctly and effectively. We are, however, pleased to offer a collection service for organisations of any size.
You may qualify for our free collection service if you have more than fifty qualifying items (laptops, desktop computers, and servers) and are within 50 miles of our offices.
All collections are priced on an individual basis, please enquire for an accurate quote.

Free computer recycling
We are pleased to offer a free collection service for any size organisation. If you have 25 or more qualifying* items and your collection is within 50 miles of Green Machine headquarters, you may qualify for a free collection.
*Qualifying items are: laptops, desktops and servers.
Recycling costs
- Qualifying collection (within 50 miles) – free
Qualifying collections contain at least 50 laptops, desktop PCs or servers.
- Non-qualifying collection (within 50 miles) – £200
- Qualifying collection (over 50 miles) –please enquire
- CRT monitors – £50 + VAT – each
- Office printers/photocopiers – £100 + vat – each
- Server racks (dismantled) – £100 + VAT – each
- Interactive whiteboards/large screens (56″ or larger) – £50 + VAT – each
- Office decommissions and clearances – please enquire
Green Machine Computers is registered with the information commissions office, and our data destruction process falls in line with GDPR legislation.
We hold certification with the Environment Agency and Microsoft, and we have accreditation with ISO 9001 Quality Management, ISO 14001 Environmental Services, and ISO 27001 Information Security Management, meaning that your data is completely secure with us.
All the IT equipment we collect is audited, data wiped, then recycled, donated, or refurbished to a high standard in line with Microsoft Guidelines.
